Absolutely amazing.
Everything. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and met Bailey to all the extremely hard working staff in Sora.
The only thing was that one of the lifts didn't seem to work properly when you used the card to gain access to your floor. I think it was the left one.

Great hotel for a night out in Manchester
Great location, parked at Qpark Deansgate north. It was slightly nearer than the one recommended by the hotel at Piccadilly. Staff were great, room was fine for what we needed although we were allocated a wheelchair accessible room for some reason. Maybe the hotel was full? We didn’t ask for another room as we were o my there for one night.
